    Very Dishonest!
    Got rental truck for 1 day & dropped off before given time & at given location. Charged for 2 days rental & when called they gave refund for only rental charges(19.95$). Later I realized they didn't refund for insurance for 1 day. I called them again out of my office busy schedule (3rd time) & asked for billing details, then refunded for insurance of 14$. It seems, this is their normal practice to charge extra if some one not realized extra charges that their gain!!! Be careful for this location!
